2. Main features of the product

ORTEVA VELIA Wearable Blanket: a hooded, poncho-cut, soft fleece wearable blanket. Size: one size, unisex. Colour: Navy / Black / White / Purple / Dusty Rose / Brown / Wine Red / Green / Gold. Care: hand wash or gentle machine cycle, following the label. Optional add-ons: Gift Wrap, Plush Sleep Socks, Plush Fingerless Gloves, Plush Earmuffs.

3. Price, payment and delivery

The VAT-inclusive price, the selected pack and any campaign discount (2 pieces 3,499 TL, 3 pieces 4,999 TL) are shown in the order summary. The product is shipped from Turkey by domestic courier; there are no customs procedures or extra fees. Shipping within Turkey is free. Payment can be made in cash or by card on delivery, or online by card. Orders are handed to the courier within 1–2 business days; the statutory maximum delivery time is 30 days.

4. Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. Notice of withdrawal is sent to destek@ortevavelia.com; return shipping is free and takes place within Turkey; the amount is refunded within 14 days. The product must be returned unused, unwashed and with its label attached. See Returns and right of withdrawal for details.

5. Complaints and objections

You can send complaints to destek@ortevavelia.com. In the event of a dispute you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and to Consumer Courts above those limits.

This form is presented to the buyer before order confirmation and is an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.
