This Privacy and Cookie Policy explains how Cimpress Schweiz GmbH ("ORTEVA VELIA", "we"), which operates www.ortevavelia.com (the "Site") and sells to customers in Turkey, collects, uses and protects your personal data. Information we collect

Identity and contact: first name, last name, phone, email, delivery and billing address.
Order information: products purchased, amount, payment method, order and return records. We do not store your card details; they are processed by the payment provider.
Customer service: messages, reviews and requests you send us.
Device and usage: IP address, browser and device information, browsing data on the Site (via cookies).

How we use it

To receive, prepare, ship and deliver your order,
To handle payments, returns and withdrawals, and to invoice,
To answer your questions and provide customer service,
To send campaign and information messages if you have consented,
To prevent fraud, keep the Site secure and meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Your data is shared only as far as the service requires with courier companies, payment providers, our e-commerce platform provider Shopify, accounting/e-invoicing providers and legally authorised public authorities. Because our company is registered in Switzerland and the Site runs on Shopify, your data may be processed abroad; such transfers are made in line with the KVKK provisions on cross-border transfers. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies (cart, session, language preference) are used for the Site to work. With your consent, analytics and marketing cookies may also be used to measure traffic and personalise ads. You can change your preference at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the Site.

Retention and security

We keep your data for as long as the purpose of processing and the applicable legislation require, and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
