Returns and right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You can withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason and without penalty. Simply send your notice of withdrawal with your order number to destek@ortevavelia.com within this period.
Return conditions
- The product must be sent back free of charge within 10 days of your notice, using the contracted courier we tell you about.
- Returns are sent within Turkey; there is no international shipping, customs procedure or extra fee.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, with its label attached and in resaleable condition. Gift wrap and accessories can be returned under the same conditions.
- Please include the invoice and any accessories.
Refunds
The amount you paid is refunded within 14 days of the returned product reaching us. Card payments are refunded to the same card. For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund is made to a bank account (IBAN) in your name.
Damaged or defective products
Please check the package on delivery and ask the courier to file a report if it is damaged. For defective or incorrectly sent products, your elective rights under Law No. 6502 (exchange, repair, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract) are reserved; shipping costs are covered by us.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different colour, contact us at destek@ortevavelia.com before using the product.
