Where we ship from

Our products ship from Turkey. Your order is delivered by domestic courier; there are no customs procedures, duties or extra fees.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders within Turkey.

Processing and delivery time

Your order is handed to the courier within 1–2 business days of confirmation; delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your province. The statutory maximum delivery time is 30 days from the order date.

Courier and tracking

Orders are shipped with our contracted courier. When your order ships, the tracking number is sent by SMS and/or email.

Payment

Cash or card payment on delivery is available. There is no extra fee for cash on delivery.

On delivery

Please check the outer packaging when you receive it. If the package is damaged, ask the courier to file a report and contact us at destek@ortevavelia.com.
