Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Cimpress Schweiz GmbH ("ORTEVA VELIA"), as data controller, processes your personal data within the framework described below in connection with our sales to customers in Turkey.

2. Personal data processed

Identity (first and last name), contact (phone, email, address), customer transaction (order, invoice and return records), transaction security (IP address, device and session information) and, if you consent, marketing data.

3. Purposes of processing

Receiving, delivering and invoicing orders; handling returns and withdrawals; answering customer requests; meeting legal obligations; ensuring information security; and, with your explicit consent, campaign and promotional activities.

4. Legal grounds

Under KVKK Art. 5/2: the establishment and performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and legitimate interest; explicit consent for marketing communication and non-essential cookies.

5. Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your data may be transferred to courier companies, payment providers, accounting/e-invoicing providers and authorised public authorities. Because the data controller is registered in Switzerland and the servers of our e-commerce platform Shopify are located abroad, your data may be transferred abroad in accordance with KVKK Art. 9.

6. Method of collection

Data is collected electronically through the website, order and contact forms, email and cookies.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information if it has been, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction or deletion of incomplete or incorrect data, to object to results against you arising from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
