The website www.ortevavelia.com (the "Site") is operated by Cimpress Schweiz GmbH ("ORTEVA VELIA"), registered in Switzerland, and sells to customers in Turkey. Products ship from Turkey. Anyone who visits or shops on the Site (the "User") is deemed to accept the following terms.

1. Use of the Site

The User agrees to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to carry out actions that disrupt the Site, infringe the rights of others or contain misleading information. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided with an order.

2. Product information and prices

Product descriptions, images and prices are presented as accurately as possible. Prices include VAT. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings. In the event of an obvious typographical or pricing error, ORTEVA VELIA may cancel the order and refund the amount paid. Campaigns are valid for the stated period and conditions.

3. Orders and contract

Sales are subject to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Before an order is confirmed, the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement are presented to the User.

4. Product use and safety

ORTEVA VELIA is a wearable fleece blanket designed for everyday use at home. The User is responsible for keeping the product away from open flames, stoves, fireplaces and heaters and for following the care instructions on its label.

5. Intellectual property

The rights to the brands, logos, texts, images and videos on the Site belong to ORTEVA VELIA or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

6. User reviews

Submitted reviews may be published after moderation. Reviews containing insults, misleading information, health claims or personal data are not published.

7. Limitation of liability

ORTEVA VELIA does not guarantee that the Site will operate without interruption or error. Consumers' statutory rights are reserved.

8. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; the current version applies from the date it is published on the Site. Turkish law applies to sales to consumers in Turkey. Consumer disputes are handled by Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and by Consumer Courts above those limits.
